The Role
The Digital and Social Media Executive will support in executing corporate and commercial digital and social media marketing campaigns for the Savills Middle East business for a period of 3 months
Key Responsibilities
- Support in planning, creating and executing marketing campaigns across all regional social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Youtube) and community management
- Assist in creating and executing search marketing campaigns via digital agencies in a timely manner, within set budgets
- Managing media agencies to develop and implement lead generation campaigns (dual/multi language)
- Campaign monitoring / testing to improve lead generation and leads quality
- Campaign set up via internal CRM platform which will involve landing pages, EDMs, workflows, campaign assets & reports
- Monthly internal reporting and weekly reporting to internal and external clients
- Meetings and coordination between clients, developers, internal departments and third party suppliers
- Creating and maintaining a social media calendar and linking in with various teams to manage a balanced schedule of content output
- Assist in auditing regional websites content and help implement changes, maintaining updates via the company CMS
- Creating regular and ad hoc internal/external EDMs via the company’s email software systems
- Support in digital collateral development and updates across regional service lines, maintaining bank of assets in an organised fashion
- Sourcing and vetting relevant suppliers for multiple areas to improve quality and efficiency across signage, merchandise, collaterals, events, etc.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Excellent digital and social media marketing skills, with proven track record of managing successful campaigns
- Familiar with systems and applications, with a willingness and aptitude to learn (Prior hands-on knowledge of Propspace, Hubspot, Website CMS, EDM software, Facebook/Instagram ad manager, Google Analytics would be advantageous)
- Familiar with the real estate market (developers, companies, communities, services, etc)
- Good report writing skills and high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and to have a proactive, positive approach
- Well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-motivating, excellent at multi-tasking, proactive and creative
- Highly organised and methodical
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Fresh and innovative approach to B2B marketing
- Previous experience in the commercial/B2B property sector would be an advantage
- Computer literate with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Arabic language is advantageous
