As a QA Specialist, Digital Analytics and Insights at National Bank, you’ll ensure that digital interactions are collected in the right way, at the right time and with the right information. You’ll manage, plan and execute testing activities related to data collection and media benchmark tracking.

• Do you have experience in web analytics or data QA?
• Are you familiar with an analytics tool (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)?
• Are you passionate about using data to understand the customer journey?
• Do you enjoy developing and integrating solutions to automate data QA?

What we expect of you: 

• Draw up and execute testing plans as part of data collection
• Work closely with the development team and data specialists
• Design initiatives to improve QA processes and train teams on analytics data collection testing

Competencies:

• At least two years of experience in digital data validation (data collection, process through to the final destination)
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Good knowledge of digital ecosystems and modern frameworks (AngularJS, React, mobile app, etc.)
• English and French fluency
