Job Description
The role of the Digital Account Manager is to support Bell Media local sales team in order to offer digital advertising strategies up to our client’s expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Bell Media local sales representative in Saguenay to build digital media plans and digital advertising strategies tailored to our clients’ needs. When necessary, support local sales representative outside of Saguenay
- Work collaboratively with local sales representative to develop and manage revenue-producing relationships with clients and agencies, using creative presentations about our entire Bell Media digital offering
- Oversee digital campaign execution and analysis, in collaboration with associated internal departments (contract creation, instructions, material, invoicing, inventory management, post-campaign reporting…)
- Contribute to the enhancement of presentations by ensuring all relevant elements are included (research, creativity, inventory, etc.)
- Develop and maintain digital knowledge in order to support sales representatives and advise agencies and clients on the best digital strategy to meet their needs
- Always provide excellent service and support to assist with sold campaigns
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time, in collaboration with multiple sales representatives
- Demonstrate and maintain positive interpersonal and professional relationships with advertisers and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, operations or digital ad sales
- Excellent knowledge of the digital advertising formats and landscape
- College or University degree in administration/marketing/communication or equivalent
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communications skills (English and French)
- Able to establish priorities in your workload and respect deadlines
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills that help maintain a healthy team spirit
