As Senior PO, you will understand and communicate DevSecOps business needs originating from experts on delivery teams, cross-sector teams and software engineering teams. You will also act as the guardian of the Bank's DevSecOps backlog and ensure its soundness.

You will contribute to the achievement of the Bank's strategic objectives, in particular by managing priorities from end to end for teams involved in rolling out DevSecOps solutions to improve software delivery.

Your role:

The Senior PO will be responsible for the Bank's DevSecOps backlog—its soundness, its prioritization and its organization. You will also:

• Be responsible for advancing and following up on prerequisites, content and technical analyses while preparing and facilitating meetings
• Help the delivery teams clarify DevSecOps business needs
• Coordinate planning and approval of user stories by the delivery teams
• Prioritize Defects and Bugs (anomalies in production, "Prod") and participate in Triage meetings
• Provide visibility on new Features and Bugs that are put in Prod during rollout meetings
• Monitor client comments/feedback, usage statistics, KPIs
• Participate in the various meetings of the software engineering committee.

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience OR master’s degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience
• Very solid experience in information technology
• Solid experience in implementing Agile, Lean and DevOps principles
• Knowledge of the software development cycle
• Knowledge of SAFe
• Sound knowledge of collaborative tools (JIRA/Confluence)

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to suggest constructive, permanent solutions while being proactive
• Honesty, integrity and quality assurance in the delivery of activities for development teams
• Ability to manage priorities, influence others, make decisions and communicate verbally and in writing
• French important (spoken and written); functional English.
