The cross-sector DevSecOps team is looking for a DevSecOps Business Analyst.

 Your role

• Identify, analyze, and document the business needs of our stakeholders
• Act as the Product Owner (PO) for cross-sector requests
• Contribute to organizing PI Planning for all cross-sector requests
• Plan, design and draft quality functional and technical briefs for the development teams, including expected system behaviours, use cases, and user interactions with the system
• Act as a liaison and facilitator between our business partners and internal team
• Work with all POs of the cross-sector team
• Help implement the observability and testing practices
• Commit to your team’s sprint delivery
• Help implement and automate development and testing strategies
• Participate in reviewing and identifying Flow Time optimization solutions
• Help develop stable, robust solutions for all requests.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree OR other degree in a related field and several years of relevant experience
• Five years of experience as a business, functional, technical and/or application analyst in the field of monitoring, DevOps and testing
• Experience in integrating monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog and testing)
• Experience in implementing operational processes
• Knowledge of collaborative work tools: Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Knowledge of Agile principles
• Ability to lead analysis and grooming workshops
• Versatility and ability to easily switch between tasks (from gathering requirements to running tests, from integration to business tasks, etc.)
• Ability to understand and document the flow of data
• Leadership, initiative, curiosity, good communication skills
• Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders
• Ability to ask the right questions to make progress on topics
• French (spoken and written); knowledge of English, an asset.
