We're looking for a Development Kitchen Data Administrator to join our hard working, food obsessed Development Kitchen team. This role will support the Development Kitchen team with product and recipe related administration by accurately implementing and managing items, ingredients, recipes, and menus in MFB’s in house systems. 

A bright spark, you'll be able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with a smile and be confident with accountability for correct and accurate data entry. 

The perfect candidate for this role has a high attention for detail and a flexible and adaptable attitude with strong organisational skills, as this a deadline-based, high paced job which will be evolving 

Key responsibilities:

  • The key focus for this role is the MFB “Kitchen” – our online grocery offering; however, tasks will span all brands and products.
  • Ownership and management of the MFB “Kitchen” item data.
  • Ingredient, product, and recipe related administration through inputting and managing ingredients, recipes, and menus in our systems. This includes the ERP system, Optiva and Admin, the internal portal to the customer facing website and app.
    • Setting up of new items/ingredients, products, and trials
    • Managing and altering start and end dates of items/ingredients
    • Coordinating with suppliers to collect item data (e.g., product specifications, information, and price)
    • Coordinating with chefs to collect product information e.g., cooking instructions
    • Data entry of product information
    • Various other data entry and administrative tasks
  • Support Ingredient Specialist with new item related projects 
  • Support recipe card team with recipe card changes and item substitutions

Required Competencies

  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude with strong organisational skills, as this a deadline-based, high paced job which will be evolving
  • A high level of integrity and reliability
  • Exceptional initiative, you will be self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously
  • Must be exceptionally computer savvy, with proven experience in MS word, excel and google sheets with the ability to learn and work in an ERP system
  • A passion for food!
