Responsibilities include;
- Define and develop detailed project plans for the relevant functional areas including the determination of dependencies for each task, evaluate the effort and time needed for completion, and assign owners of the tasks (which may be the client). Also responsible for the completion of the defined tasks and updating of the plan.
- Design and develop the front-end of user facing products
- Develop proof-of-concepts, and translate designs into
functional prototypes - Improve user interactions with functional and useful designs
- Create reusable front-end components and libraries
- Work closely with back end developers to produce and maintain code
- Perform Unit testing for the developed changes.
- Worked on the SIT, UAT and Production movement.
- Prepared Technical Specification Document and System Handover Document
- Provide consultation to stakeholders on technology solutions.
- Perform Troubleshooting / Debugging to resolve difficult to reproduce production incidents and defects.
- Provide BAU and on-call technical support on need basis
- Have strong problem-solving skills, be proactive and willing to take ownership.
- Document and communicate the status of his areas internally and with the client.
- Act as the main contact between the client and ATTRA for the assigned functional area.
- Monitor all outstanding issues as they relate to his area, and in some circumstances direct others to ensure timely resolution.
- Managing expectations and conflicting project requirements across Functional Areas.
- Concurrently developing business and systems knowledge within short timeframes
- Facilitating the development of required Test Documentation against defined business requirements.
What you bring;
- 5+ years’ experience in a Systems Development, Financial
Services or Retailing environment - Should have experience in HTML, CSS (SASS & BEM),
AngularJS/2+, CoffeeScript, TypeScript, Adobe Creative suite - Should have experience in CI/CD
- Possessing development experience in switch applications like Connex / Base24 within HP NS Tandem environment.
- Expertise in Analysis, Design & Development of products ATM & POS, E-COM applications and Digital Payments.
- Experience in handling Scheme mandates like VISA, MASTERCARD, EFTPOS, etc.
- Hands on experience on Switch Migration, Hardware Migration (TANDEM).
- Having knowledge of testing frameworks, tools and simulators like FINSIM, VISA, MC with strong unit testing experience.
- Proficient in reviewing and handling Transaction processing fundamentals, message standards like AS2805, ISO8583 and ATM Native messages.
- Having strong knowledge of SDLC, architecture, tools, methodologies including Structured Analysis/Design, Data Flow Diagramming techniques and Technical specification
- AEM development advantageous
- Extensive experience in RESTFul API is desirable
- Exposure to mainframe configurations and conversions and migrations is mandatory.
- Sound working knowledge in Cloud systems like AWS,
Gigital Ocean etc is desirable. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
- Quality focus and understanding of Industry Standard Test
- Methodologies inc. SDLC, FLT or QTC in a BOX
- Ability to work under pressure and undertake multiple
concurrent tasks and accountability of project deliverables - Determine severity for any defects identified and manage escalation and resolution path.
- Act as SME [Subject Matter Expert] as and when required.
- Demonstrate commitment to Quality & Design for Six Sigma.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in IT highly regarded
