Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for a Local Administrator to perform specifically identified administrative activities in the local legal entity. The administrative activities are performed as a service for other functional area owners, to support different processes. This service is provided when the functional area owner has no or insufficient local representation. All is done to gain optimal cross-functional efficiency.
You will perform!:
- Daily checking of Vendor Invoices for accuracy and correctness according to guidelines
- Monthly co-ordination with Banks & Finance teams for Cross border payment facilitation
- Daily co-ordination with Banks & Finance teams for Incoming and Outgoing funds payment facilitation
- Co-ordination / Administrative Support for CU / Sales events, Communication and HR events
- Co-ordination / Administrative Support for PO creation between Requestor and PO desk, for Communication, IT and Legal POs
- Weekly facilitation for Stamp Duty
- Request and secure signature from Authorized signatories / Supporting functions to Treasury and Business Controller
- Travel & Expense claims verification
- Preparation of Data File Upload (DFU) for Vendor payment processing post Invoice validation
- Other adhoc Miscellaneous administrative tasks
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Education: Graduate degree or equivalent qualification/experience
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in the finance domain preferably in a Global environment
- Skills: Good Communication, MS Office & Analytical Skills, Drive and improve operational excellence, Basic Finance & Taxation Knowledge
- Knowledge of Telecom & Banking Industry is preferred
- Writing and reporting, Working with people, Delivering results and meeting customer expectations, Planning and organizing, Creating and innovating
- Proven skills in a service oriented environment supporting administrative tasks
