As the only charity in the country solely dedicated to this issue, Melanoma New Zealand champions the prevention, early detection and treatment of melanoma for all New Zealanders.
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Database and Officer Administrator will have primary responsibility for the efficient management of Melanoma New Zealand’s database (Salesforce). This is a new CRM for the organisation and the successful candidate will use their previous experience with Salesforce to guide the organisation on how to best leverage the database to its full potential.
Working closely with the Office Manager, another key focus of this role is to ensure the smooth day to day running of the Melanoma New Zealand office and its operations.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working with Salesforce. You will thrive in a busy environment and be a team player, who is happy to turn your hand to a range of tasks. Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also vital. Previous experience working within a charity is preferred but not essential.
This is a permanent, part-time role (20 hours per week), based in Parnell but with flexibility to work from home at times. In line with the experience required for this role, it will be remunerated at a competitive rate.
