Aurec Pty Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Database Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor database events and proactively optimize system performance
• Design and Maintain changes and upgrades to Database architecture
• Responsible for BAU activities, including backup, restore, performance tuning, security management and capacity planning for CRM and systems
• All other BAU tasks, such as resolving 3rd level database and application incidents
• Complete platform upgrades, migrations, quarterly patching, performance monitoring
• Responsible for investigating potential problems and issues raised by internal company users who are using CRM and ERP systems.
• Work with the team to automate reactive procedures where possible, and to promote rapid response to known issues
• Support company staff and other IT team with database related tasks and queries
• Work on internal tickets raised by company users for CRM system and adhere to SLAs for resolving issues.
• Implement CRM Change Requests once approved by Change Advisory Board.
• Monitor and Review the system

About You:

• Experience with Database administration and support of Microsoft SQL Servers
• Good understanding of Information Systems specifically CRM
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies 2008 through 2016. (IIS, ADFS,
• Windows Clustering)
• Working knowledge in Javascripts, HTML and C# (Not Mandatory)
• Must have a minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

$65,000 - $85,000 Salary plus Super
