Nokia's Network Infrastructure (NI) group is recruiting highly motivated Software Professionals to develop cutting-edge products in NIs Network Automation team. The NSP portfolio provides a comprehensive management solution that allows our customers to monitor, provision, and troubleshoot IP, Wireless, and Optical networks. What you will learn and contribute to

Works as a Data Systems and Process Analyst and member of the greater Procurement organization to deliver on commitments related to process optimization, system operational performance, data analysis and maintenance. Evolves Procurement and Advanced Procurement processes, exploratory and continuous improvements; drives critical business priorities to meet and exceed deadlines through detailed project tracking and improvement structured programs and metrics resulting in delivering concrete results.

Job Responsibilities & Competencies

Foundational hands-on knowledge in Procurement systems and processes with the ability to identify and drive Digitalization opportunities that improve operating practices, increase business productivity and lower costs

Applied experience in the technical and environmental aspects of Procurement ranging from supplier product change management to social responsibility and substance data management

Responsible for digging into, managing, and resolving disjointed, business impacting operational systems, tools, and processes for a wide variety of Procure data systems and processes

Responsible to drive the development and ongoing support and maintenance of daily operational practices as well as customized task and process behavioral workflow automations

Participates in cross-BG collaboration programs to jointly drive the implementation and improvement of Enterprise systems, ensuring such things as data security and operational effectiveness

Creates business process documentation, communicates, trains, and performs User Acceptance Testing related to new or upgraded systems, migrations, tools, or business processes

Explores industry trends, recommends, promotes, and implements leading-edge Procurement solutions that contributes to cost savings

Proven track record in developing or supporting Enterprise systems such as SAP Aribia and applications using such tools as Microsoft Flow/Power Automate and Power BI

Qualifications

Excellent communication with five plus years of Procurement/Supply Chain related data, process, tool development and proven operational business improvements

Experience in Microsoft Power Platform MS PowerApps, MS Flow, SPOL and Power BI

A drive to continuously learn and apply MS Enterprise Cloud technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Office 365, Microsoft Azure

Skills in SAP Ariba SC Collaboration and SAP-SRM

Applied business analytics, business intelligence and data mining

Completion of a Bachelor level degree program in Engineering/Computer or Applied Science or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience
