Job Description

Storypark is an education technology business with the mission to help every child reach their unique potential. We’re a fast-growing team that serves around a million users around the world from right here in Wellington.

As a Data Entry Admin at Storypark, you will mainly research and enter missing data to improve the quality of data in our CRM. This will entail searching for missing / required customer data via Google and entering valid data to update our CRM records. Beyond that, there will be a range of other research and data entry tasks we might have from time to time.

This is a fixed-term contract position that pays $20 per hour. We expect it will be around 15 hours a week for two weeks with the possibility of extension - we have a range of other projects and work that might also suit you. There are a bunch of benefits, you’ll have the flexibility to mix working from home and our office where there's fully stocked kitchen for all team members. Responsibilities

  • Review our customer data for deficiencies and inconsistencies
  • Research for missing / obsolete information via Google search
  • Validate and compile information for data entry and storage
  • Enter compiled information to update customer data
  • Continually review the quality of customer data
  • Assist with other data entry and admin tasks

Requirements

  • You are hardworking and methodical with great attention to detail
  • You are a quick learner with excellent reading and writing skills
  • You are familiar with Google Sheets, bonus points for familiarity with Salesforce
  • You have good typing speed with accuracy
  • You are able to organise your time and work autonomously
  • You are comfortable spending most of your day doing repetitive tasks
     

This role reports into our Customer Success team lead, and works closely with our Rev Ops and Sales teams.
