Description
Using the data available, you will perform descriptive analysis to tell us what happened, diagnostic analysis to tell us why it happened, predictive analytics to form projections about the future, and prescriptive analysis to create advice on what actions to take.
This challenging role will stretch your abilities as you work with a wide variety of enterprise datafrom user assistance metrics to user interactions and customer demographics. Youll collaborate with technical writers and product development teams to identify and solve many types of company and user needs.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and manage data related to user assistance in NetSuite.
Develop reports and analysis based on the data collected.
Ensure statistical efficiency and quality in data collection and reporting.
Identify and interpret patterns in data.
Generate insights and recommend enhancements to drive continuous improvement of user assistance resources.
Develop code and build scripts as needed to maintain databases and serve other technical writing needs.
Provide assistance with the planning, implementation and analysis of user research projects.
Be comfortable and proactive in an environment that combines well-defined problem specifications with at times unpredictable situations carrying a significant number of technically and functional unknowns.
Exercise solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills to carefully document results and findings and share results with various stakeholders.
Be proficient with tools and techniques to effectively work remotely with a global team in multiple geographical locations.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related, quantitative field.
2-5 years of experience serving as a data analyst.
Real-world experience with data mining, analytics and/or predictive modelling.
A proven track record in developing reports, recommending innovations, and applying insights to address practical problems.
Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL and its adaptations.
Programming experience with frameworks including XML, Javascript, and ETL is preferred.
Experience with Google Analytics, Oracle Infinity, Pendo, Medallia and/or similar tools is preferred.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Designs, develops and programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse big data sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.
Interacts with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments. Develops and codes software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree preferred.
