About the role
We’re on the lookout for an expert in all aspects of customer service in this permanent full-time role.
Our Membership team is responsible for a wide variety of functions that all relate to our members such as servicing member requests over the phone, via email and face to face in our Health Hub along with back of house processing.
In this multi-tasked role reporting directly to the Membership Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing enquiries with varying degrees of complexity, data processing, service requests, and report management.

About You

You will have a strong customer focus, a positive outlook, and pride yourself on consistently exceeding customer needs, including resolving customer issues. You will have a demonstrated high level of verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, sound computer abilities and an aptitude for analysing facts, interpreting policy and following procedures in order to process memberships of varying complexity.
Ideally, you will have experience in both customer service and working in teams. Experience in the Private Health Insurance industry is highly desirable.
