This is no ordinary Customer Service role - In this role you will be exposed to all areas of the business from interactions with our valued customer, right through to interacting with our sales staff on the front line. We are looking for a confident self-driven individual who is action-orientated agile and eager to drive their career forward.

To enable you to hit the ground running, we're looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience within a similar fast-pace role with proven ability to think on your feet to solve problems and juggle priorities
  • High volume inbound and outbound experience
  • Strong system skills (or at least have the aptitude to pick them up quickly)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to organise your work
  • Excellent skills at building relationship and working with different areas of the business
  • FMCG experience and SAP system experience is highly desirable
