A bit about the role…

In this role not only will you need to have strong personal values which align with ours, you will need a work ethic that is second to none as this will be the true key to your success at Mitre 10 MEGA Petone.

We have a permanent part time Customer Services Team Member position available within our Petone store.

  • Hours for this position will be Sunday and Monday 9.30am and 6.00pm. 

On a daily basis you will be involved in offering our customers an exceptional service by utilising the product knowledge you will gain to answer their queries and assist them with their purchasing decisions. You will need to have a passion for customer service, be able to communicate in a professional way with the team and with customers. You will need to be able to think on your feet and come up with innovative solutions that have the customer at the center of your focus. This role will also include processing customer transactions, assisting with returns, complaints and account queries.
