• Processing and Co-Ordination of Customer orders
• Managing customer inquiries via phone, email and/or chat 
• Working with SAP and Salesforce CRM
• Support of External Sales personal with Quotes and general inquires
• General Administration

The successful candidate would ideally have the following skills 

• Computer processing skills - Word/Excel/SAP
• Ideally have some mechanical or electrical aptitude 
• Background in a customer service role
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A high degree of organization 
• Experience in either the power transmission industry, bearing industry, or a related field would also be an advantage but not a must
