About the role

As part of the busy Customer Services team, you will be responsible for: 

• Client management
• Processing orders
• Tracking & Tracing Orders
• Phone calls
• Data entry

Skills and experience

You will have previous experience in Customer Services, preferably in logistics & 3PL, however this is not essential.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• A fun, vibrant personality
• Accuracy & attention to detail
• Be able to take initiative
• SAP & Excel is preffered.
• Be able to solve problem
