We have an exciting opportunity within our Customer Service team for a self-motivated person who is committed to providing superior customer experiences and has a "positive - can do" attitude.
This role is for an organized person who enjoys working in a challenging fast paced environment, within in a small team and is willing to go the extra mile to provide the best service for our customers .
The role includes providing high level communications to our customers and suppliers via email and phone to manage customer freighting needs. You will work in our open plan office with our team of five, who support and motivate each other but also have fun doing it.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in a call centre role, showing us how you can proficiently multi-task, prioritize and organize your time. You will be calm under pressure and have experience liaising with customers and suppliers over the phone while completing administrative tasks.
You’ll need:
• Proven experience in customer experience roles
• Ability to understand the customer’s needs in order to provide the right solution
• Ability to manage your time, prioritize and multi-task
• Friendly and professional telephone manner and communication skills
• Good administrative and typing skills
•Ability to learn and adapt to changes quickly
