About the role:

  • Answering inbound and making outbound calls
  • Handling general enquiries
  • Booking appointments
  • Resolving customer problems
  • Ensuring customer records are up to date
  • General office administration

About you:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Words, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • A people person – friendly, outgoing, confident, and comfortable in all forms of communications
  • Excellent communication skills – articulate and have a great phone manner
  • Good individual and team contributor – able to think on your feet and a problem solver
  • Proactive and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
