About the role:

In this full-time role you will be part of our Customer Service Team. You will ensure customer records are kept accurate and up to date, respond to customer and adviser’s queries promptly. Review existing client’s policy by conducting periodic needs analysis as well as retention calls to ensure customers are making informed decisions about their cover. This role will have a variety of work – customer service, claims processing and supporting underwriting, so you will need to be able to juggle tasks to make sure that we meet customer and expectations, work with tight deadlines, and be calm under pressure. 

Being fully vaccinated against Covid-19 is a condition of entry into our offices. Any employee not fully vaccinated against Covid-19 will be required to work remotely. 

You may be required to work from home under the current Covid Red traffic light framework. It is essential that you have suitable broadband internet, private workspace with your own desk and chair. Technology, including a laptop and headset will be provided. Once the Covid restrictions ease you will be welcomed back into our offices, with continued flexibility to work from home.
