Job Description

1– Customer Service Specialist
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities

1- Verify incoming orders, pricing and terms of delivery as well as availability of products
2- Partner and coordinate with the Danfoss international manufacturing sites to ensure timely delivery of products
3- Confirm orders with customers, answer incoming queries and respond to customer needs
4- Provide internal stakeholders with the highest level of support in all aspects of order processing and product delivery



Requirements

1- Background or education in business administration, or equivalent.
2- Broad knowledge of MS office inclusive of Outlook and Excel
3- Preferably good SAP/R3 skills including EDI as well as Salesforce
4- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French (preferred), and Arabic (an advantage)
5- Extensive knowledge in Logistics documentation requirements in the MENA region
