Base salary A$50,000/yr - A$55,000/yr About the job THE COMPANY Seven years ago, two brothers started a business in their garage selling beautiful furniture for an affordable price. Since then they have grown to two showrooms, one in Sydney one in Melbourne and are aiming to open a third in Brisbane before the end of 2022. The eCommerce side of the business is flourishing and growing at double digit rate. Securing a wholesale contract with a National Department Store chain in 2021 has further added to the amazing growth the business is experiencing, which offers additional security and career progression for our employees. THE ROLE Working in a small yet passionate team of Customer Service stars, your role will be to focus on the customer experience and assisting customers with post purchase queries. This role will inspire you, it will challenge you, but most of all it will reward you.
