About the role

In the Customer service & scheduling role you will be required to cover a multitude of tasks. As our office 'all rounder' you must possess strong customer service, organisational, and time management skills.

Delivering a professional and positive customer experience to external customers as well as internal staff and our team of tradespeople, this is a rewarding role for someone with high attention to detail, professionalism and who is customer service focused within an operations environment. 

Overview of daily responsibilities:

  • Answering calls as part of our small and enthusiastic team, being the first point of contact for customers.
  • Data entry - creating new clients in our system
  • Making outbound calls to book quote appointments and schedule jobs for our team of tradespeople
  • Record relevant notes within our system ensuring clear instructions for our team.
  • Updating clients when jobs are booked
  • Emailing using Outlook

 

A successful candidate will possess the following attributes;

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Great work ethic with a 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • An ability and willingness to build strong customer relationships and offer service at the highest level
  • Accurate data entry and typing skills to include Microsoft Office / Outlook skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Experience in scheduling an advantage
  • Property Management, Real Estate, Strata, Plumbing and or Building/Maintenance experience is highly advantageous
  • A great fit to our values & team culture and a willingness to deliver above and beyond.
  • Experience in similar role an advantage however not essential. It's most important to meet the above criteria, than to have experience scheduling.
