We are calling for motivated, adaptable, and resilient people who can hit the ground running and help deliver end to end services for our clients. Now, more than ever, you can make a meaningful difference to the lives of New Zealander’s in our modern and busy contact centre team in Dunedin. 

As a CSR in our newly established Contact Centre, you will help many clients each day from all walks of life. Our training approach will equip you to confidently work with clients, largely through inbound calls. You will have the authority to make a real difference in the lives of New Zealanders. You will be responsible for self-sourcing information and applying it to policy and legislation to make the call about assistance.

Your scheduled shifts will be needed for 5 days and rostered between the hours of:

  • Mondays and Fridays, between 6.55am to 10.00pm, and
  • Saturdays between 8.00am and 2.00pm

We work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance.

About you

  • You enjoy quality conversations and can demonstrate a history of providing clients a positive experience on the phone
  • You work efficiently, accurately and can make good decisions.
  • Quick to navigate your way around multiple IT systems you also have an eagerness to learn and desire for self-improvement
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where change is normal.

Key recruitment process information

To  be considered, both a current CV and Cover letter outlining your suitability for the CSR role is required.

  • If you are short listed the recruitment process will include an interview, online assessment testing, and reference checking.
  • Salary starts $53,502.00 per annum.
  • Candidates must hold NZ Citizenship or a Permanent Resident visa at time of application.
