This is a work from home start but you must have the flexibility to move into their Eden Terrace offices when required.

Hours of work are Monday- Friday 8.30-5pm.

About the role:

• Provide customers with exceptional phone-based service!
• Handle queries related to consumer products – product issues, pricing, returns etc - both over the phone and via email
• Trace and trace/delivery issues
• Technical troubleshooting and problem solving

About you

• You have a dynamic, outgoing personality and are seeking your next challenge
• You're a quick learner and you pick up on new product information easily
• You have your own home laptop and excellent computer skills
• Available for an immediate start!
