About the Role

We are looking for a passionate customer response team member who prides themselves on being a positive, energetic, and reliable person. In this proactive role you will build, manage, and grow relationships with new and existing customers to consistently achieve excellent results. This role is full time with flexible hours. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work to handle verbal and written interactions in a timely and professional manner
• Help provide quotations, book in customer orders, answer queries and provide general information about the Company
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Administrative responsibilities (managing customer relationships, order management and distribution).

About You

You are passionate about customer service, organised and adaptable. You have a willingness to learn and work well autonomously or in a team. You are goal orientated and will strive to get a result.
