CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - PART TIME 25+ HOURS

The 3D Trick Art Gallery is the only gallery of its kind in New Zealand, and is visited by many families from around New Zealand and abroad when this is again possible. This is exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic driven individual to join a dynamic and growing business.

We have a part time opening for an outstanding individual to join our fantastic team. The person we are looking for needs to have the ability to provide a friendly, helpful, efficient and personalised  service to customers that maximises sales opportunities for the business.

To do this, you will need:

• Clear and concise communication skills both oral and written
• An enthusiastic and positive approach to work
• Accurate data entry and processing skill

You also must be:

• Highly organised
• Someone that can prioritise and multitask
• Able to build relationships within not only your team but through the different departments of the business
• Extremely customer focused with problem solving skills
• Covid-19 vaccinated

This position involves welcoming customers, reception duties, regular cleaning to our high standards and other duties as and when required. The importance of maintaining a pleasant, calm and helpful manner regardless of how your day is going is of the utmost importance.

Any previous experiences within the tourism industry or in a customer services position prior would be advantageous, however full training and support will be provided.
