Qualifications & experience

• 3+ years Customer Service experience in the distributor / manufacturer arena is a must have
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and products quickly
• An outgoing personality as you will not only be dealing with customers, you will also be interacting with every other business unit
• A Team player and flexible, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work effectively with others
• Experience using MS Navision would be beneficial, but is not essential
• A stable home internet connection is vital. We are currently working from home, but we will be returning to the office when the time is right
• You must be double-vaccinated with Vaccine Pass
• You must be a NZ Citizen or NZ Resident

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide customers and internal teams with exceptional service - every time
• Handle queries from wholesalers, retailers, and consumers related to consumer and healthcare products
• Handle queries from wholesalers and retailers related to orders and invoices
• Handle internal enquiries around products, orders, and processes
