Customer Service / Receptionist

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is innovative and pioneering brand with divisions in research, advanced technology, advocacy and intervention for those living with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities.

Duties will be:

  • operations of a busy reception which provides visitor services and administration support at the Allambie campus and responds to enquiries made through central communication channels including 1300 number, email and social media.
  • Working towards customer service performance metrics and reporting requirements to achieve agreed targets and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • reception duties to support the continuity of service to CPA's customers.
  • Drives initiatives to enhance Reception operations across the organisation to provide a consistent and superior customer experience.

This is a part time position, four days per week (Thursday's off) and there will be a requirement to work on Saturdays as scheduled. The hours will be between 8am and 5:30pm.

To be successful you will need:

  • You'll love a fast paced environment and pride yourself on your ability to problem solve and respond to changing customer needs.
  • You'll be tech-savvy and confident at using data and customer insights to improve performance.
  • You'll be a passionate champion of customer service and work collaboratively to achieve high standards across the organisation.
  • Sound communication and customer service skills, where you will have past experience liaising with key stakeholders including families and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Well-developed conflict resolution and highly enhanced negotiation skills.
  • Be creative by nature, where problem solving and thinking outside the square comes easily to you.

Licenses/certifications required:

  • NSW Driver's License (minimum P2)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement in the role)
  • Current WWCC (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement in the role).
