flexhive is your temporary staffing agency. We are currently seeking Customer Service Officers & Representatives with experience in financial services (bank and insurance). They are contract roles with the possibility for extension.

Our Customer Service positions:

  • 15+ jobs available across Melbourne
  • Flexible temp contracts between a few days to ongoing
  • Temp to perm opportunities
  • Shifts between 4 to 8 hours a day
  • Hourly rate ranges from $30 p.h + Super upon experience
  • Easy to fill timesheet and on-time payment


Duties and responsibilities


This role is different every day, so there will never be a dull moment! You will be primarily phone-based and will deal with enquiries from existing customers following any issues through to completion.

The Bank and Insurance contact centres support a range of customer's financial needs.

The Customer Service Officer and Representative will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to email correspondence in a fast-paced environment
  • Display intermediate computer literacy skills and the ability to follow a process/script
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customer
  • Process and track orders, and assist clients with transactions and inquiries
  • Work effectively as part of a team environment to achieve own and team objectives
  • Manage time and organise own workload against performance expectations
  • Ensure all administrative compliance requirements, data entry and an efficient client engagement journey are met

Your experience

The role demands professionalism, organisation, and a commercial attitude towards all levels of customers and:

  • Previous customer service experience (min. 12 months) in Financial Services
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient/clear communication skills
  • Competent data entry skills
  • Proficient with computers and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Reliability, Adaptability and Punctuality
