QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE - WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A determined individual who is able to support and work cohesively as a part of a team.
  • Someone who is eager to excel in their role, and strive to provide the best customer service experience possible.
  • The successful applicant will have previous customer care or frontline retail experience. Any knowledge or experience in the Activewear Industry is also a bonus.
  • You will require an advanced level of computer and social media skills, particularly in Emails, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must, along with a driving passion to always put the customer first.

 

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing unrivalled customer service through all channels. Emails, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, Live Chat and our Facebook Community Group.
  • The ability to problem solve and provide suitable solutions to customer enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide our customers with a fast, reliable and high-quality customer service experience.
  • Be keen to roll up your sleeves and help your fellow team members in any other area necessary.
  • In addition to these tasks (if required) you will assist our Warehouse Team in the daily dispatch of of orders.
