Our role

We are looking for a Member Services Officer. This role manages all inbound enquiries from our members regarding all of their banking and loan accounts. This is a complete customer service role where you will be talking to clients most of your day! 

This role is phone based (not face to face) as our services are entirely online. Working in a long standing team of Member Services Officers, you will quickly learn our systems, products and be able to service our members to the highest standard!

  • A great attitude! Someone who is customer centric and is excited by the opportunity to help people!
