Job Description

This position will appeal to you if you live locally.

We are a fast moving high energy company with our current team of over 50 years experience in the Electrical industry. Our candidate must be able to demonstrate good customer service and administration skills. Must be self motivated to learn our products.  Training in our system will be provided as this is unique to our customer base. Must have good clear English speaking background and be able to provide excellent customer service as this is what our team strives for. 

Experience would be preferred but not necessary.

Your duties will combine Customer Service and Administration and will include:

  • Processing Customer Orders for delivery
  • Following up on customer enquiries
  • Liaising with despatch
  • Ensuring orders are delivered on time
  • Processing Invoices/Credits
  • Stock control
  • General Reception Duties
  • Assisting warehouse team
  • Answering to customer Enquiries
  • Internal Quotations

Each day you will be dealing with a large and diverse number of products and customers and assistance required across our team.

Product and system training will be provided as you will be required to adapt quickly to your role.
