We require two Customer Services Facilitators with contact centre experience, to become part of a team that provides quality service to our customers, interfacing with them directly to provide support and information in response to queries about Enable New Zealand’s products and services.
One role is full-time, permanent; the second is full time, six-month fixed term.
There may be times when, as a Customer Service Facilitator, you will be required to work across other areas of the organisation.
While our head office is in Palmerston North, we also have sites in Christchurch and Hamilton that the successful applicant can work from. There is also an opportunity to work from home in other parts of NZ if you are the best person for the job.
