The Role
Our Customer Service team provides advice to our customers over the phone in relation to our products and warranty claims.
Your key responsibilities include:
Receiving inbound phone calls and understanding the customer's concern
Processing of customer service orders
Providing a high level of customer service
Data entry- issues, customer details, customer requests
About You
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent phone manner
Understanding of SAP desirable
A strong & professional work ethic
Self-motivated and resilient
Attention to detail
