Job Description

ManukaRx is an efficacious skincare brand developing natural, New Zealand made products with the unique ingredient, East Cape mānuka oil. ManukaRx is made for people who want a skincare range that works, is proven and effective and cares for the environment and the people that work in it.

 

About the role:

We’re on the hunt for a customer service superstar who can help support the ManukaRx team by taking calls from customers, responding to customer queries online, and supporting the team with additional administrative tasks.

 

If you have experience working in customer service and are interested in being part of a company that is focused on sharing the skin health benefits of East Cape mānuka oil with the world then we’d love to hear from you.

 

This is a part-time position, commencing in February 2022.

 

 Your tasks and duties include:

  • Taking incoming calls from customers (placing orders, providing product information and suggestions, tracking orders etc...)
  • Responding to customer emails and replying to Live Chat messages
  • Developing and implementing new ideas for improving our customer service experience
  • Additional administrative duties.

To apply for this job, you should:

  • Have an exceptional phone manner and impeccable written communication skills
  • Ideally have previous experience working in customer service, or can demonstrate transferable skills that can be used to excel in this role
  • A can-do attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers
  • Computer literate – can pick up new systems quickly
  • Be available Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm (20 hours per week).
