Woop is on a mission to change the way people eat and due to rapid growth, they are looking for a passionate Customer Service Champion to join their amazing results driven team. You are:

  • Born to communicate: you are eloquent and able to strike the perfect tone, whether you are talking to a customer on the phone or writing an email reply.
  • Skilled at planning, organising and prioritising: you are able to execute simultaneous tasks and activities.
  • Incredibly empathetic: you will be a powerful advocate of the voice of our customers and are totally obsessed with the end to end customer experience.
  • Cool and calm under pressure: you always feel comfortable, have superior organisational skills, integrity, great follow-through on tasks, attention to detail and are rigorous.
  • A foodie: you are passionate about eating & cooking.
  • Naturally curious: you love learning how things work and you're always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
  • Adaptable: you can roll up your sleeves, be hands-on and get involved in the detail.

 

Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for:

  • Deliver enhanced & personalised customer service across the entire customer journey: from initial brand contact, ordering, delivery, subscription management through to customer feedback.
  • Mastering customer support & relationship management: deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, text, social media and live chat.
  • Mastering systems and processes: you will work with a number of systems and processes to deliver amazing personal experience to all customers.
  • Customer onboarding: conduct new customer welcome calls.
  • Customer retention: engage with customers through outbound calling during their life cycle to re-engage and reactivate paused/cancelled customers.
  • Events: you will be a brand advocate at a range of different events to drive awareness and sign-ups.
  • Harnessing customer feedback: you will gather all customer feedback through multiple channels including surveys, calls, emails and turn it into actionable insights to enable continuous improvement.

 

This is an amazing opportunity and would suit someone with 2+ years customer service experience who is a fast doer, performs well under pressure and wants to develop a career in Customer Service (length of previous experience not essential for a candidate with the right attitude).
