We have a rare opening for a switched-on team player to join our small but outstanding customer service team.
You will be required to perform a variety of tasks and in return will be provided plenty of opportunities to upskill and gain industry experience. On a day to day basis you will independently triage customer queries and issues via multiple channels including chat, email, phone and tickets. You'll action emergency escalations, participate in provisioning and sales as well as assist with technical queries/troubleshooting. This is a varied role so you'll never be bored.
