About the role:

• Taking high volumes incoming calls
• Assist customers with queries
• Processing bookings
• Assist with billing issues

About you:

• Previous contact centre experience advantageous
• Excellent customer service experience
• Ability to work flexible roster hours, including some weekend work
• Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate around a computer
• Own reliable transport
