Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Kirkham with remote capabilities - candidates need to be based within driving distance to this location
Salary: £20,400per annumÂ
Hours: Full Time 42.5 hours a week,  Hours between Monday - Friday 08:00am - 20:00pm, Weekends 08:30am - 17:30pm, Bank Holidays on a rota.Â

What we look for in a customer service advisor:
IT literacy and administration skills, the ability to undertake sales order processing and update systems
Excellent customer service skills, friendly and approachable telephone manner
Ability to work well under pressure, resilience when needed and an empathetic nature
A team worker with a flexible approach and good communication skills
Attention to detail
