The Company

This industry leader provides invaluable support for vulnerable Australians. Supporting Australian's going through hardship they help them on their employment journey. They are currently going through a period of temporary growth and as such have need for additional Customer Service and Administration Officers on an initial 8 week contract basis.

The Role

As the Customer Service and Administration Officer you will provide direct support to Jobseekers both in roles and looking for their next opportunity. You will be calling Jobseekers to clarify their status and provide any additional support needed. As the Customer Service and Administration Officer you will collect confidential information and update private and government records.

Duties will include but not be limited to:-

  • Making outbound calls to jobseekers
  • Communicating with employers to check the work status of Jobseekers
  • Collecting personal and confidential information and filing it correctly
  • Working across two CRMs to enter and find data
  • Ad hoc administrative and customer service assistance

About You

As the successful Customer Service and Administration Officer, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be empathetic and understanding, and looking to use your administrative and customer service skills to make a difference in people's lives.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an outbound call centre environment
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong digital literacy
  • High levels of tolerance and empathy
  • Experience working with vulnerable groups an advantage
