The Job!

Your role will be to book programmes for our clients, solve any problems and ensure that every interaction they have with us is both valuable and enjoyable. We strive to go above and beyond in everything we do - so going the extra mile is important and something the current team do every single day. 

The Customer Service Administrator will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The objective of this role is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain on-going customer satisfaction. A key aspect of this role is to ensure the customer or stakeholder views Safety 'n Action as a professional and friendly company with who they want as their preferred training provider.

This role will be heavily involved with looking after our online/e-learning clients, which will involve gaining a really good understanding of each of our online/e-learning products and will need the ability to help students with any problems they face completing our courses.

Reporting to: Ultimately the Customer!

How we will measure you?:

  • You'll provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Action customer service enquiries, including product and service questions by telephone, web and e-mail within 2 hours - or as fast as you can.
  • Maintain regular and meaningful contact with customers and where it helps them offer them our other products.
  • Attract new prospective customers where and when you can.
  • Resolve problems fast and using your initiative and excellent common sense.
  • You've got do your paperwork and admin duties on time. There's a list of things we will share with you when you arrive.
  • To help you Provide accurate information on Safety 'n Action products and services we will provide you great training on an ongoing basis that you will need to participate in.
  • Be nice to your workmates and help them where you can.
  • Contribute to our mission of continuous improvement, and help us get better with suggestions and ideas.
  • Previous experience in customer service would be an advantage for this role.
  • Previous experience in teaching adult learners would also be of benefit but not essential
  • Demonstrable sales skills would also be desirable

Education/Qualifications:

  • Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel and Word)
  • Great computer skills - and knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Willingness to keep learning
