The Job!
Your role will be to book programmes for our clients, solve any problems and ensure that every interaction they have with us is both valuable and enjoyable. We strive to go above and beyond in everything we do - so going the extra mile is important and something the current team do every single day.
The Customer Service Administrator will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The objective of this role is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain on-going customer satisfaction. A key aspect of this role is to ensure the customer or stakeholder views Safety 'n Action as a professional and friendly company with who they want as their preferred training provider.
This role will be heavily involved with looking after our online/e-learning clients, which will involve gaining a really good understanding of each of our online/e-learning products and will need the ability to help students with any problems they face completing our courses.
