Job Description

Who we are:

Nominate is an event management/ticketing business primarily focused on Equestrian activities. The business is web based and we have staff of approximately 20.  The business has been in operation since 2001 and we are now expanding internationally, with clients in the USA, Canada, NZ and Australia.

What we are looking for:

  • Exceptional people skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service 
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment (ideally in a help desk environment) and an ability to undertake multiple tasks whilst resolving customer needs
  • High level of attention to detail, effective time-management and organisational skills
  • Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written, with the flexibility to adapt to the company's fast paced growing needs 
  • Tech savvy, with experience navigating CRMs is advantageous
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a minimum typing speed of 60-80 WPM
  • Training will be provided, however must be comfortable learning on the job, as every situation and query is unique. 

While this position will be a work from home position, we do maintain standard hours of business. Therefore, you will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm. You will also need to have a stable internet connection and an appropriate home office space. Computer/hardware and software will be provided.
