We’re offering full time opportunities in a specialist role within our CI team, where your experience can be utilised and skills further developed, whilst looking after the onboarding process of our customers. It’s critical that we offer a smooth transition for our customers when they join Red, and in CI our 6 different functions are responsible for making this happen. Our roles available within these teams are both customer facing and back of house processing which is where agility becomes essential.
In this role, you’ll be required to identify, analyse and resolve problems by utilising process documents and think outside the box to find solutions. Your focus on the finer details and ability to continuously work with information, systems and databases will be an asset to us, as well as adapting to an ever changing environment. Build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders and look to negotiate positive outcomes for all parties.
