Customer Happiness Officer 

YourGrocer is looking for our next Customer Happiness Officer to join the team!

About YourGrocer…

Our vision is a fairer food system and we are working hard to enable small, local stores to compete against big supermarkets. We do this by providing same-day delivery to busy customers from some of Melbourne's best greengrocers, deli’s, fishmongers, and bakers. 

We take excellent customer service seriously and try to go out of our way to make our customer's experiences as easy and delightful as possible.

About the Role...

As a Customer Happiness Officer, your priority will be offering the kind of customer service people won’t forget. You will help our customer's process orders, fix up payments, offer recommendations and coordinate between our drivers and stores to ensure a smooth delivery experience. You will also be taking care of our customers whose orders didn’t go to plan, offering excellent and empathetic support to improve their experience with us. 

We're looking for someone who...

- Loves helping others 
- Communicates clearly and succinctly, in writing and on the phone 
- Empathises with our customers who are mostly busy parents
- Has strong problem-solving skills 
- Effective at managing competing, time-sensitive customer needs 
- Works thoroughly with strong administrative and computer skills 

You’ll also need to be available for…

- 20-30hrs per week, across 3-8hr shifts 
- At least one weekend and evening shift per week
- To work from our Clifton Hill Hub.
 

The Reward 

This casual position on the General Retail Award, which depending on your age, is generally $26.76 per hour + super + penalty rates. You also get to work with a great bunch of people who care about our mission and help each other succeed.
