Mercy Radiology is the leading provider of diagnostic imaging services, and we are looking for highly motivated professionals to join our busy customer care team at our new premises in Greenlane.
As a customer care consultant, you will be providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, and we all know first impressions count.
In this role, you will be supported by a Team Leader and Team Manager who will set you up for success when talking to our patients and healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a background with previous customer experience, be it either front-facing or call center you will have the know-how when it comes to customer care.
Role responsibilities include:
Our consultants can take up to 40-50 calls per day so this is a busy and varied role. The successful candidate will need to be able to pick things up quickly, be adaptable and remain cool, calm, and collected under pressure.
