Responsibilities
Customer Obsession
- Monitors and updates Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems and tools and ensures descriptions of updates related to current customer journey. Helps to drive business to business (B2B) interactions to bolster sales. Collects data and escalates actions for order management.
- Has a natural drive for world class customer interactions to boost solution recommendations and sales.
Collaboration
- Learns to collaborate with peers, managers, and corporate to drive innovative ways to create and focus on brand awareness within the market and ensure a One Microsoft approach to increase the corporate footprint.
Support
- Supports Microsoft product and digital customers by taking support escalations; proactively reviews any existing customer feedback to identify the root causes; engages and consults with customers to understand the issues they are facing.
- Applies a fundamental support knowledge and leverages existing plans to map solutions to the customer issues in order to solve problems. Works through obstacles and acts proactively with urgency on behalf of our customers.
Learning
- Completes all required training and obtains relevant product and role certifications aligned to the role and workload/industry; proactively asks for help and is open to feedback and coaching from managers and teammates; seeks essential knowledge of sales, training, or support techniques and Microsoft products.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
High-school diploma or equivalent AND 1+ year(s) of sales, customer service, customer support, training, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
High-school diploma or equivalent AND 2+ years of sales, customer service, customer support, training or equivalent experience OR Bachelor's degree.
