Our client is looking for a Credit Officer to join their team in Eastern Creek. Our client is an Australian owned company and is one of the world's largest toll-road operators.

This is a permanent role Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. It can be available as part time, job share or other flexible working arrangements that work for you.


About the role:

• Working in a call centre environment.
• Working in a fast paced customer contact environment.
• Liaising with debt collection agencies.
• Providing passionate customer service skills, with a high attention to detail.

Skills & Experience:

• Your passionate customer service skills with demonstrated experience in solving customer issues without any further escalation.
• You'll put customers first and understand the value of customer experience, exercising care and compassion with every call.
• You'll be outcome focused with an ability to hit targets, demonstrating confidence and professionalism whether you're composing an email or processing a steady stream of transactions.
• You will be able to operate MS applications.
