We are looking for a Credential Officer to join our friendly and diverse Qualifications Recognition Services team.

About the role 

The Qualifications Recognition Services team at the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) is responsible for the recognition of overseas qualifications in New Zealand.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

•            Supporting the application management function by delivering efficient and consistent qualifications recognition outcomes

•            Managing general enquiries and processing applications that meet the requirements of a specified qualifications list from end to end

•            Providing timely customer service to applicants.

Skills and experience

If you are curious by nature, a fast learner, able to work in an ambiguous environment, enjoy working as part of a team, have attention to detail, good written communication skills and a desire to provide excellent customer service, then this is the role for you!
